Just wanted to let everyone know, that a new version of MemcacheD has been released. We will be rolling this out to the memcache nodes during the week of July 20th to 24th. This should have very little impact on the stability of the website; however users may see a slight increase in load times as the cache is re-populated with entries.

The software has been tested and verified to be working just fine with the application; so we perceive this to be a very minimal risk in regards to updating, and the stability of the website.

Thanks...

“The Rhythms of Life” was a book I accidentally ran into at the “Feria Del Libro” of Buenos Aires many years ago. Since the very first moment I was reading its pages thousands of songs began to sound inside me. Suspected answers and new questions appeared in my mind about how things happen in our world through the ages. The rough lines written and left in a drawer for decades fell onto the ground of nowadays technological means and finally grew up into sounds. Here are 21 tracks that made up the first volume.

All tracks composed, played & recorded by Humberto Luis Schenone

i'm hoping this isn't against any rules or anything x.x

does anyone have any tips on performing? i play mandolin, and where i live bluegrass music is life so i was thinking of playing on the streets in town where tons of people walk to look around in shops (brown county, indiana, if anyone knows where that is). i'm thinking about seeing if i open my case up and put a few dollars in it will encourage people to donate/pay? i'm sorta tight on money so i thought i'd put a skill to good use.

but yes, any tips? thanks so much in advance.

ANTINOMIE, the newest aural investigation by IMPULSANTWORT + PHARMAKUSTIK from Germany contains seven powerful circles of abandoned ambiences full of contradictory particles within the microorganic complexity. The involvement of granularly shredded machine-propulsions combined with thermonuclear freezing and the final analogue screams from the subterranean draught makes ANTINOMIE an outstanding result of thesis and antithesis. Plasmatic ambiences created from the pool of infinite randomness. "The source of the new is the random" (Gregory Bateson).

I have a question involving Liszt's "Hungarian Rhapsody no. 2". I wish I could scan a section of what I'm talking about, but I've no way to do so. But if anyone has their own copy on hand, this is directed to you.

On measures 19 (begins with the broken chord up to a C#) and 21, I'm a little uncertain as to how the editor put these notes in on my version (I have the Alfred version edited by Maurice Hinson). I was just wondering this: should the notes on beat 2 of both measures are all part of one chord on the same beat. The way it's written in my edition makes it a little hard to tell. I'm pretty sure they are, but I want to be absolutely sure.

I hope this isn't too vague. Thanks in advance!
